Retourneren: Hoe werkt het?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We hopen natuurlijk dat je blij bent met je aankoop! Mocht het product toch niet helemaal naar wens zijn, dan kun je het binnen 30 dagen<\/strong> na ontvangst retourneren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • De kosten voor het retourneren zijn voor eigen rekening.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Het product moet in de originele staat en verpakking worden teruggestuurd.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Gepersonaliseerde of speciaal op maat gemaakte producten kunnen helaas niet geretourneerd worden, tenzij er sprake is van een defect of fout.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    1. Meld je retour aan<\/strong>
      Neem contact op met onze klantenservice via [emailadres of telefoonnummer] en vermeld je bestelnummer. Wij geven je de benodigde retourinformatie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Verpak het product zorgvuldig<\/strong>
      Zorg ervoor dat het product stevig is verpakt om schade tijdens transport te voorkomen. Gebruik, indien mogelijk, de originele verpakking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Stuur je pakket op<\/strong>
      Verstuur je pakket via een vervoerder naar keuze. Bewaar altijd het verzendbewijs totdat wij de retour hebben verwerkt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Ontvang je terugbetaling<\/strong>
      Zodra wij je retour hebben ontvangen en gecontroleerd, storten wij het aankoopbedrag binnen 14 dagen<\/strong> terug op je rekening.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
