Orders received on working days before 15:00 are dispatched the same day. In most cases, your parcel arrives the next working day.
In the Netherlands, shipping is free from €50. Below that, we charge €4.95 for shipping. Separate thresholds apply for Belgium and Germany — you’ll see these at checkout.
Yes. We work with food-grade silicone and carefully selected materials that are suitable for little hands. The recommended age is shown on every product page.
Most silicone products can be rinsed with lukewarm water and mild soap. Many items can also go in the dishwasher (top rack) — always check the product instructions.

You have a 14-day cooling-off period. Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Read more on the returns page.
